As we've written about before, bees and other pollinator populations are declining. But we also know that even small pockets of habitat in residential yards can make a difference for wildlife.

Researchers from the University of Minnesota, University of St. Thomas and the U.S. Forest Service are starting a long-term study on how bees respond to different lawn management practices.

Now through July 15, you can sign up your yard for consideration through the form below.

If you're not chosen for the study, we hope you still check out our resources for supporting pollinators at home, or volunteer with us to restore habitat around the metro.
